What Does DDB Do?

DDB Detailing is a privately owned business offering the highest quality Vehicle Detailing and Valeting, as well as a whole range of other services to release the full potential from your vehicle. Are you insured?

Yes, We are fully insured for Vehicles worked on and Public Liability to give you the customer total peace of mind that your pride and joy is in safe hands.

Where are you based?

We are based in North East England, specificaly Northumberland. Yet we are willing to travel to other parts of the region and the country with prior arrangement, a surcharge to cover fuel may apply in this instance. Ring David to discuss your needs.

Are you mobile or do you have premises?

Both. As well as our mobile services we have premises, so that we can off the same range of services to you the customer with protection from the elements all year round. Situated in North Shields, 5 minutes away from the Tyne Tunnel and on the edge of The Silverlink Shopping Park we are centrally located to make it as easy as possible for you the customer. We also offer a free pick up and drop off service for your vehicle. Enjoy the convenience and security of having your car detailed by us at our premises. If you wish to call into the premises for us to take a look at your car, all we ask is that you call to make an appointment as we may well be carrying out work at a customers home or workplace so we may not be there all of the time.

Do you do work for Trade Customers?

Yes we do, alongside our work for private customers, we carry out regular work for Tyneside Audi, Benfield VW, Lloyd BMW, Gateshead Council and Audi North East Accident Repair Centre. So you can be asssured of a high quality standard of work each and every time. If you are a trade client ring David to discuss your requirements.

What range of products do you use?

As Dodo Juice Authorised Detailers we use the Dodo Juice range of products. We also use a wide and varied range of other quality products from the likes of Swissvax, Zaino, Autoglym, Menzerna, Meguiars, 3M and many more. We only use the best products available to ensure that the finish achieved is of the highest quality every time. We are trialling and adding new products to our ranges all the time, constantly keeping pace with changes in the detailing industry.

Here on our website , please take a look in the gallery for some examples of our work. We are also regular contributors to the forums on www.cleanyourcar.co.uk among others. All of the pictures on this website are pictures of cars we have previously detailed or valeted.

I have seen valeters at work, what makes DDB any different?

All our Detailing and Valeting options are carried out using the same safe methods, your car will be cared for as if it were our own. All work will be discussed with you prior to any job commencing, this ensures total customer satisfaction of every job we carry out. Your car is in safe hands, we have over 10 years experience of cleaning vehicles to the highest of standards.

I am buying a new car, can you prepare it for me prior to me taking delivery of it?

In a word yes, we can. All we ask is that you the customer make sure that your supplying dealer are happy that we can visit their premises and prepare your car for you. More details of this service can be obtained by contacting David to discuss what is required.

What is the best way of maintaining my freshly detailed car?

On handover we will talk you through the best way to keep that freshly detailed look on your vehicle, and advise you on which products are best to use to clean it. If this is something you are not confident in being able to do we offer a regular maintenance package that will keep your car looking freshly detailed all year round. These packages vary in cost and process with each vehicle, a specific programme can be arranged for each individual vehicle.

I have some bodywork and a scuffed wheel, can you sort this out?

Yes we can. As part of our move into our premises we are now able to offer a full vehicle appearance service. We can do Smart repairs to things such as bumper scuffs and scratches, as well as offering a full alloy wheel refurbishment service (outsourced). We also have contacts with other local specialists who deal with Paintless Dent Removal, Leather and Fabric reapirs, In Car Entertainment and more extensive bodywork repairs. As far as we know we are the only detailers in the North East of England that can offer such an extensive range of services all in one place. This makes it convenient for you the customer to drop your car off in one place and let us bring it back to its former glory.
